Challenge - The Good News Paper has been a successful evangelistic tool for more than fifty years. Distributed across the UK by churches and Christian organisations, the paper is published monthly in an 8-page full colour format (Challenge NewsLine). The paper aims to help Christians reach out into their community with the Good News of the Gospel. Building on its evangelical foundations, Challenge puts across the Christian message with tabloid-style features, stories and personal testimonies.

How can the paper be used?

• Are you planning a mission or your next Alpha course and looking for opportunities to invite guests to attend? Use Challenge as your introduction.
• Do you run parents and toddlers, playgroups or after-school clubs? Give Challenge to the parents with an invitation to other church-based events.
• Ideal for giving out at coffee mornings and other regular events.
• Make Challenge available in your church for members and visitors to pick up.
• Arrange to supply the Chaplain of your local prison or young offenders institution with copies to give out.
• Supply your local hospital ‘Friends’ organisation and Chaplain with copies for patients and visitors.
• Are you prayer walking in your community? Distribute Challenge to those you pray for – and volunteer to answer questions on future visits.
• Planning a special event or celebration? Challenge can be customised to include your local news and special event details – make the paper a souvenir edition worth keeping.

How much does it cost?

The current prices are detailed below. Challenge can be ordered by subscription or through a monthly standing order. Bulk order reductions start at 23p per copy for 10-29 copies, reducing in stages to 8p per copy for 3,000 copies or more. The cost of a Special Localised Edition can be provided once quantities and the number of change pages are known.
